3E Industrial Park to Provide Professional Service to Manufacturers
Suzhou 3E Industrial Park, the first in Suzhou Industrial Park-Xiangcheng District Cooperative Economic Development Zone dedicated to manufacturing services, held a grand opening on the morning of December 20.
With land area of nearly 230,000 square meters and total construction area of 320,000 square meters to be developed in three phases, this will be a leading park for service providers in Suzhou and the entire Yangtze River Delta Area. Phase-1 facilities with floor area of 56,000 square meters spreading across 67,000 square meters include three U-shaped plants and dining hall, supermarket, stadium, and public conference rooms.
Targeting at five pillar industries of panel display, high-end equipments, machinery, new materials, computer and network, the park also provides logistic and financial services. There are six service platforms available for intensive management, public exchange, administrative services, investment and incubation, promotion and publicity, and talent services. The fourth floor of electronics plant is dedicated to business incubation, providing offices and services to startup and budding companies.
Local authorities believe that by providing professional services to manufacturers, 3E Industrial Park will make considerable contributions to SIP-Xiangcheng District Cooperative Economic Development Zone in terms of industrial promotion, competitive edge enhancement, and image uplifting.
