Recently Xietang Sub-district HR Market and Federation of Trade Unions jointly held a meeting, sharing experience in human resource (HR) management with local enterprise representatives as well as commending trade unions with excellent performance in serving the local employees.

In the event, staff from the two departments gave a detailed account of the common issues in HR management and recruitment such as labor disputes and shortage to the participants as well as offered effective solutions. They also explained in detail local preferential policies on talents.

The enterprise representatives shared their experience in fostering corporate culture and providing considerate services to their employees.

At the end, a number of local trade unions received the honor of "Star Trade Union" from Xietang Sub-district Federation of Trade Unions.
