SIP's Loufeng Sub-district carried out a project to repair the leaking roofs and walls of the aged residential buildings along East Ring Road over the past six months, in a move to help solve the problems that bother the local residents in their daily life.

SIP Huangfeng Municipal Services & Property Management Co Ltd undertook the project. Thanks to sufficient early-stage survey and considerate solutions in view of specific conditions of different buildings, the project went on smoothly.

Finally, 4,000-sqm roofs and 500-sqm walls concerned were repaired, while related water pipes and gutters were changed or cleaned, benefiting 75 households in five communities, such as Su'annan, Su'anbei, Guandu and Donggang Ercun.
