SIP work meeting on publicity & spiritual civilization was held on March 7 at Xiandai Building to review the work of 2016 and assign the main tasks for 2017. Also, a number of advanced units and individuals were commended at the meeting for their excellent work in 2016.

In 2017, the work on publicity & spiritual civilization will be conducted in line with correct political direction, value orientation and right public opinions. Emphasis will be put on the publicity of the Party's theoretical innovation achievements, the nurturing and practice of the core socialist values and the development of cultural & sports industries. All this will be done to raise SIP's profile as an "innovative city and marvelous SIP" and provide ideological guarantee, intellectual impetus, public support and cultural environment for SIP to be in the forefront in achieving the goal of strengthening cohesive force to innovate, enriching the people, and building with a high standard a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.
