The five-school community of SIP Xinghai Primary School, Weiting Experimental Primary School, Loufeng School, Kuatang Experimental Primary School and Xinrong School carried out P.E. teaching and research activities at Xinghai Primary School on the afternoon of Dec 26.

The joint effort is meant to further boosting "efficient classroom" teaching reform experiment, increasing the efficiency of P.E. teaching, promoting interschool communication of teaching and researching activities, and achieving the co-existence, co-prosperity and win-win of educational development.

The first class was given by Lu Mengyi from Xinghai Primary School. Attracting his students with passionate words and standard demonstration, he made full use of the teaching equipment and successfully finished the class of "scissors jump". 

The second class, "Multi-directional Running", was given by Gao Peng. Adopting the situational teaching model, the class testified to the teacher's solid basic teaching skills. 

Li Ge from Kuatang Experimental Primary School taught self-created rhythmic exercise in the third class. Amid a lively and appealing class atmosphere, the teacher combined learning with fun to achieve the teaching goal.

During the evaluation session, all the teachers who watched the three classes spoke highly of the teaching and offered many constructive suggestions at the same time.

In the end, the team leaders from the five schools made wrap-up speeches. All the attendees agreed that P.E. lesson should start with the students' interest and teach sports techniques and skills to inspire their enthusiasm for physical education. They also hoped to provide more demonstration platforms for young teachers through more community activities so as to help them lay a firm foundation.
