On the evening of September 10, the closing ceremony cum awarding concert of 2016 Sungent Cup Piano Competition for the Youth was held at Suzhou Industrial Park Youth & Children Center. Some of the winners performed for over 500 audiences during the ceremony.

The competition received warmly response among the young piano players and focus from the society since its inauguration in early May. Besides over 1,200 students from kindergartens, primary and middle schools, and colleges in Suzhou, many foreigners and players from other cities also joined in the competition.
