Ding Lixin, Member of CPC SIP Working Committee, Vice-director of SIP Administrative Committee (SIPAC), and Chief of SIP General Office, spoke at the meeting, requiring all the staff to raise the work in all fields to a higher level under the impetus of the current "study campaign" (studying Party Constitution and rules and CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping's speeches, and striving to be a qualified Party member) and by revitalizing morale and performing duties in a "meticulous and attentive" manner.

Chief Ding Lixin gave positive appraisal to the work done in the first six months, and pointed out that the General Office and its subordinated sections, with the functions of general staff, commanding post, and logistic department of CPC SIP Working Committee and SIPAC, should conduct proficient coordination of administrative functions, play an effective advisory role around the central tasks, and provide high-standard services for the overall development objective of SIP, and ensure high-quality logistic service. In a word, all the staff of the Office should demonstrate first-class qualities in outlook, work standard, expertise, and service in securing normal, efficient operation of SIP government, and strive to set a good example for work in all fields.
