Sheng Lei Surveys SIP Public Health Work
On August 15, Sheng Lei, Vice Mayor of Suzhou, visited SingHealth Medical, New Century International Children's Hospital and Qiagen (Suzhou) Translational Medicine Co., Ltd. in Suzhou Industrial Park to survey the public health work in SIP.
At the ensuing work briefing, Sheng Lei learned about SIP's public health work from the aspects of management system, financial input and organizational profiles, as well as the work progress and the focus in the next stage. Sheng Lei praised SIP's individualized and diversified public service, and its public health work spurred on by the management system and financial input of SIP, which spearheaded the service innovation. Sheng Lei pointed out that to do a good job in medical reform, SIP should rely on its strengths and overcome its weaknesses in its organization structuring, make progress in platform construction, train more competitive general practitioners, make a breakthrough in salary system, and do some policy research.
