SIP Leaders Visit PLA Suzhou Unit
On July 26, upon the coming Army Day on August 1, a Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) delegation led by Yang Zhiping, Deputy Secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee and Director of SIP Administrative Committee (SIPAC), and Huang Jiyue, Deputy Secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee and Deputy Director of SIPAC, paid visits to Suzhou Military Sub-region, PLA 73049 Unit, and Suzhou Brigade of Armed Police to present gifts to the officers and men, and express gratitude to them for their support to SIP's development.
During the visits, Yang Zhiping briefed the officers and men on SIP's achievements in the first six months and its targets in the second half year. Yang Zhiping thanked the army units for their long-term full support and safeguarding in SIP's development, saying that SIP's remarkable achievements were inseparable from their care and support. Yang Zhiping pledged that SIP would keep the fine revolutionary traditions, press ahead with "civil-military integration" project, and make more contributions to the army building and social stability.
The officers and men all spoke highly of SIP's eye-catching development index and achievements. They expressed thanks to SIP for its consistent care, as well as congratulations for its achievements in various fields. They pledged that while doing a good job in self-construction, they would persist in their support for SIP's development in the new round of leap forward.
