Upon the coming Army Day, a group of Suzhou Industrial Park officials led by Huang Jiyue, Deputy Secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee and Vice-director of SIP Administrative Committee, visited the families of PLA men and those of deceased veterans, bringing them festival greetings and consolatory gift money.

In Jingyuan Community, Loufeng Sub-district, Huang paid a visit to the widowed family of a deceased soldier, asked the old lady about her life and physical conditions, and told the widow to take good care. He also promised help in case of financial problems, and handed gift money to her. 

In Qingjianhu Community, Weiting Sub-district, Huang went to the home of Ju Jinfeng, wife of a deceased demobilized soldier, and had a cordial talk with her, inquiring into her life and health and asking the sub-district staff to take good care of the old lady.

The group then visited the family of Pu Xinyu, a PLA man in service, and had a cordial talk with Pu's parents. Huang asked about Pu's service in the army in detail, and expressed sincere thanks for his contribution to the country.
