The e-reading room of SIP's Xi'an Community was recently declared one of the "Advanced E-Reading Rooms in Jiangsu Province" by Jiangsu Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation for its remarkable contributions to adolescent education.

The e-reading room that has been run in the community for a couple of years is free to the local youngsters from 9:30 am to 4 pm every day. It has six computers for kids to read on-line publications and attend network courses with the help from designated staff.

Apart from that, the room is often used to host diversified events designed to enrich the youngsters' knowledge and skills in interesting ways, such as the painting lectures and DIY activities in summer and winter vacations.
