SIP Talents Recruitment Program, which has been going on lately among a number of universities and colleges in Northeast China, toured to Northeastern University (NEU), a prestigious school in Shenyang, capital of Liaoning province in the region, on Oct 9.

At the event, 19 SIP-based enterprises from the sectors of biomedicine, software and smart manufacturing received a total of 230 applications, and reached tentative agreements with 98 of the applicants after on-site interviews.

Luo, a student from NEU Qinhuangdao Campus in North China's Hebei province, submitted his resumes to five enterprises, hoping to have a chance to work in SIP which he believes to be an ideal place for living and career development.

It is learnt that the program, organized by SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd, has helped lure over 7,000 graduates to SIP each year since its initiation 17 years ago.
