SIP’s new talent recruitment tour kicks off

SIP’s new talent recruitment tour kicked off in mid-September, consisting of a series of job fairs scheduled at a number of universities and colleges across the country for recruiters from SIP-based enterprises to have face-to-face interaction with the school’s graduates-to-be.

It is learnt that, authorized by SIP authorities, SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd (SIPHRD) organizes a series of tours of the kind each year with the purpose of giving SIP-based enterprises a helping hand in their recruitment. As it usually does, the company has conducted surveys on the enterprises’ needs and the schools’ supplies before setting the routes for the tour, and is advertising for each leg of the tour through the most popular new media platforms such as WeChat and Tik Tok.[MORE]

First leg attracts over 1,000 job applicants

The job fair held on Sept 17 at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province, the first leg of the recruitment tour, attracted over 1,000 job applicants from HIT and its neighboring schools.

The students swarmed into the job fair in several minutes after its opening and, in average, each of the participating enterprises reached tentative agreements with 17 job applicants.[MORE]

About 200 enterprises to provide over 3,000 job vacancies

It is reported that about 200 enterprises have confirmed to join the recruitment tour, offering more than 3,000 job vacancies in total.

The recruiters from enterprises are taking several routes to visit the selected schools in East China’s Jiangsu province and Northeast, Central and South, West and North China to interview the job applicants there. 18-year endeavor to lure high-caliber talents to SIP

The SIP Talents Recruitment Program has toured to over 20 cities over the past 18 years, and has been continuously upgraded to help attract high-caliber talents to SIP.
