Cambodian Prime Minister Visits Suzhou
On the evening of December 15, Samdech Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, visited Suzhou. Mayor Yan Li met with Samdech Hun Sen and his entourage in Shangri-La Hotel and accompanied him on his visit.

Yan Li extended a warm welcome to Samdech Hun Sen and his entourage on behalf of CPC Suzhou Municipal Committee, Suzhou Municipal Government and the entire citizens of Suzhou and gave them a brief account of the economic and social development of Suzhou, as well as the development and construction of SIP. He said that China and Cambodia are traditionally friendly neighbors and the relationship between Suzhou and Cambodia is deepening continuously. AB Group Co., Ltd. of Jiangsu Province has already invested more than 16 million US dollars in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, and it will be added to 30 million US dollars. He expressed that Suzhou would constantly encourage enterprises to go abroad for development and he vowed to strengthen cooperation and promote friendship with Cambodia.
In his stay in Suzhou Samdech Hun Sen and his entourage came to SIP and visited Suzhou Science and Cultural Arts Centre and Suzhou Industrial Park 16th Anniversary: A Showcase of Its Achievement and Development, and expressed his admiration for the achievement of SIP and Suzhou in economic and social development.
