Ling, a dancing troupe from SIP, garnered the first place in the 2019 “Dancing in Jiangsu” Open-air Fitness Dancing Competition Suzhou Leg at Dushu Lake Sports Center, SIP on Aug 28. It therefore gained the entry to the later finals to compete on behalf of Suzhou with dancing teams from across East China’s Jiangsu province. 

 

It is learnt that the event, organized by the Publicity Department of CPC Suzhou Committee in collaboration with several other organizations, featured a list of performances to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Ten finalists selected from 1,319 teams in 169 auditions held across Suzhou over the past five months demonstrated excellent dancing skills and creative choreography in the event.
