Jiangsu's highest building to be marketed

According to information from Suzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, International Finance Center (IFC), Jiangsu's highest building located in Jiulongcang, Suzhou, has received the sales permit with registration prices between 32,448 and 48,391 yuan per square meter.

IFC is a 92-floor skyscraper with a record height of 450 meters in the city. It also includes a podium building and an undulate square. The 59th to 83rd decorated floors with a building area of 130-200 sqm per suite will go to the market first.

Last week also saw sales permits issued to some projects in Suzhou New District, Gusu District, Wujiang District and Wuzhong District, and a rising commercial housing market week-on-week.
