SIP Library's "Love Family Reading" program was recently declared one of the "Excellent Reading Promotion Programs in 2017" by Library Society of China.

SIP Library has been a pacemaker in advocating reading among the public. The library set up SIP Family Reading Committee early this year to recommend books suitable for family reading and organize various events to facilitate sharing of reading resources. Besides, it is carrying out a home library program, encouraging communities and residents to run small free libraries with books from it and other residents.
