SIP Talents Recruitment Program, which has toured to many regions across the country since September, has headed into East China lately. A job fair was held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) on Oct 31, and another two respectively at Zhejiang University (ZJU) on Nov 1 and Xiamen University (XMU) on Nov 2.

At SJTU, a prestigious university in Shanghai, 39 SIP-based enterprises offered more than 200 job vacancies to the school's students, and officials from SIP Science and Technology and Information Office explained in detail SIP's talent policies to the participants and answered their inquiries. Many students reached tentative agreements with the employers.

At ZJU which is located in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province,29 enterprises conducted on-site interviews with the job hunters, including many majoring in biology, chemistry and materials.

The job fair at XMU in Xiamen, a city in Fujian province, also attracted a flock of applicants.
