The 2018 (2nd) China Property Management Industry Skills (CPMISkills) contest concluded in Beijing on Aug 22. Weng Qi, an electrician from SIP Government Office Administration Center, garnered the first place in the electricians' group, adding another honor to those won by the center's staff.

The achievement should be partly attributed to Weng's long-term dedication to his job, and partly to the center's consistent efforts to help its staff improve their service abilities, such as offering occupational training, holding skill competitions and encouraging the staff to partake in research projects related to their duties.
