As part of the Dongshahu Neighborhood Center Food Festival, the seven-day "DRLC Night" kicked off at Dongshahu Resident Liaison Center (DRLC) on Aug 23.

On the first day, a number of elderlies and youngsters from Xingchennan Community staged 12 performances including dances, traditional musical instrument playing, Jeet Kune Do show, cheongsam show, songs and recitations, drawing waves of applause from the audiences. Additionally, well-liked snacks were offered on site.

It is reported that an event of similar kind is scheduled each of the next six days, designed to offer chances for the residents in different communities to showcase their performing art talents.
