Yao, an expert in pottery art, recently gave a lecture at SIP Kuatang Central Kindergarten to impart knowledge on pottery to the children and their parents.

At the event, Yao gave a detailed account of traditional and modern techniques of pottery making. Following the teachers' demonstration, the participants practiced what they had learnt using modeling clay. They created beautiful pictures by twisting and pinching the clay into desired designs and pasting them on paper.

The event received positive response from the parents, who believe it is good for enhancing the children's outsight, creativity and hands-on ability and tightening their family ties.
