SIP Xietang HR Market hosted a job fair themed "Breeze Action" in its office building on Mar 6, attracting 63 enterprises that offered over 1,000 job vacancies to about 1,000 job hunters, mostly aged 18 to 45.

A majority of the enterprises are from the service, manufacturing and Internet sectors, with great demand for rank-and-file staffers, security guards and cleaning workers.

Concurrently, information desks were set up outside and the HR Market staff distributed handouts and provided consultancy on work-related legal issues, skill training and local employment and business supporting policies to the residents near the site.

For the next step, Xietang HR Market plans to diversify its channels and hold more job fairs of similar kind to help more unemployed people land jobs.
