Retired Party member Mao Bingquan from SIP Jiuhua Community, entitled one of China's "Good Samaritans", recently preached to the representatives of the youth in the community at the request of Dongshahu Communist Youth League Committee.

Mao gave a lecture on core socialist values and encouraged the youth to work hard on their posts and make more contributions to society with a sense of responsibility and spirit of dedication.
