Jingcheng Community Club opened to the public on March 3 as the third one of Dongshahu Community Working Committee and the 13th one in SIP. Apart from seven traditional functions such as community workstation and library, the 3,500-sqm-plus Club has several new functions like incubation of social organizations, comprehensive administration, regional Party building, etc. Thus, it will become a community club with the largest space, the most comprehensive service items and the widest service objects.

Community club is a public community service platform and space for residents' communication with the operation principle adopted from Singapore's advanced experience in public management, and supported by neighborhood center.

On the same day, "Civilization Relay" for offering volunteer service, Jingcheng Branch of Suzhou Dushu Lake Library, and SIP NPO incubation base were put into use.
