Fifty tech startup founders and operators who lately finished their training courses under SIP’s Jinji Lake Startup Mentoring Program presented three thank-you banners to related SIP authorities for offering them the good chance to improve their leadership abilities. 

 

It is learnt that SIP authorities run the training program on a yearly basis since 2015 to give such startups as those dedicated to biomedicine, AI and nanotech a helping hand in their operations. Statistics show that the program has thus far benefited more than 920 people from over 700 businesses in SIP. This year’s training lasted for two months, during which 16 experts gave lectures and offered one-on-one tutorship to the trainees.

 

“The program provided startup founders like me with good opportunities to exchange opinions with outstanding business managers and draw experience and lessons from others’ business management through detailed case studies,” one of the trainees said.
