SIP Customs Declaration Co Ltd (CDC), a customs broker in SIP, signed an agreement on Nov 18 with Greenland Business and Trade, a branch of Shanghai-headquartered Fortune 500 company Greenland Group, as one of the latter’s partners in developing intelligent supply chains to serve China International Import Expo, a trade fair held annually in Shanghai since 2018, and other domestic and overseas purchasers.
This is not the first time for CDC to cooperate with a Fortune 500 company. Founded in 1996, the company now serves nearly 1,000 importers and exporters, including a number of Fortune 500 enterprises. Its one-stop customs brokerage, consulting and transportation services have rendered its clients potent support in their business.
Greenland Business and Trade runs over 70 G-Super supermarkets in 22 cities across the country to sell products imported from around the globe, and operates 10 logistics parks in nine cities in the country. The tie-up of the two parties is expected to lead to significant change in domestic logistics market.
