SIP authority launched the 2018 Green Supply Chain Pioneers Support Program on July 18, aiming to help 20 selected manufacturing enterprises set up industry-leading green supply chains by the end of this year for environmental protection purpose.

Ten services such as expert support and professional training will be offered under the program to help the enterprises adopt a set of energy-saving and environment-friendly procedures in product design, raw material procurement, manufacturing, marketing and waste disposal.

Besides, green supply chain alliance and think tank will be founded, while relevant management standards and mechanisms will be established.
