AISpeech, an SIP-based natural language interaction solution supplier, released a new robot platform called Talking Elf which can guide users to raise questions and recommend topics to them.

Different from existing conversational systems of similar kind which passively answer users' questions, Talking Elf can guide the users who started a dialogue with it to go into further rounds of conversations by asking them questions and, based on that, start topics they may be interested in.

The product is mainly targeted at businesses that need efficient data processing and transmission for either information management or better communication with clients. However, it is also applicable in a wide range of other fields, such as education, on-line information search and social media.
