The 7th China (Suzhou) Cultural and Creative Design Expo (CCDE) kicked off at Suzhou International Expo Centre on Apr 19, gathering more than 600 cultural and creative design companies, including those from SIP.

The SIP Pavilion themed "Innovative Cultural Inheritance for a Higher-quality Life"is full of dazzling cultural and creative products, such as daily use articles, derivatives of intangible cultural heritage and high-tech products, which amazed the visitors.

For example, Zhou Hengfeng, an inheritor of a traditional silk manufacturing craft that is widely known as intangible cultural heritage of Jiangsu province, demonstrated the centuries-old silk weaving techniques with a wooden loom.

Another eye-catcher is a touch-controlled animated wall picture developed by SIP-based Gold Mantis Cultural Development Co Ltd using advanced manufacturing, sensing and mapping technologies. The lamps turn bright and the animal and human figures move as people touch them with their fingers.
