Bank of Nanjing (BON) broke ground on an office building for its Suzhou branch at SIP's bank headquarters cluster on Apr 12.

BON, a joint-stock commercial bank founded in 1996 and listed in 2007, currently has 17 branches across the country. The new project is expected to help optimize its operations in Suzhou at the same time of bolstering its nationwide business layout.

BON revealed that they chose the location based on a comprehensive assessment that took into account both the geographical advantages of the cluster as part of the Jinji Lake CBD and its mature ecosystem for supporting financial businesses.
