Recent statistics show that Xietang Sub-district HR Market hosted 10 training sessions throughout the year of 2017 for the purpose of helping farmers whose land has been levied for development learn knowledge and skills for seeking a job.

The training sessions, including those on housekeeping, electrical engineering, western-style desserts, infant care and Chinese pastry, were designed based on sufficient public opinion polls through telephone calls and smart communication platforms, aimed at meeting the diversified needs of the unemployed to the largest extent.

The statistics say 428 people who attended the training programs passed the exams and received certificates.
