Several officials from Weiting Sub-district HR Market respectively visited Adicon S&T and Viscofan S&T, two foreign-funded enterprises in SIP, on Jan 4, offering a helping hand in human resource management.

In each of the companies, the officials had a talk with the executives to learn about their daily operations and need for assistance in HR management. They explained in detail relevant local policies and gave advice on talent recruitment and handling of labor disputes based on in-depth analysis of real cases.

It is reported that the event is part of the HR market's recent on-going campaign in a bid to help the local enterprises tackle difficulties in staff management.
