SIP Administrative Committee signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China National Center for Biotechnology Development (CNCBD), Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute and People's Government of Suzhou on March 31 for promotion of SIP's bio-med technological innovation and industrial development.

According to the agreement, CNCBD will provide SIP with professional think tank service, interpretation of and guidance on specific policies on bio-med innovation and industrial development, to jointly promote Sino-foreign exchange and cooperation in innovation resources. In addition, the four parties will make concerted efforts to back up the construction of a globally influential bio-med industrial innovation center in SIP.
