Suzhou MedicalSystem Co., Ltd. was officially listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) at 9am, Dec 8, 2016. It is the 1166th public company listed on SSE's A-share market and SSE's first public company of professional medical informatization.

MedicalSystem is headquartered in Suzhou International Science Park (SISPARK) and became the first company incubated in SISPARK to be listed on mainboard since SISPARK was founded 16 years ago.

MedicalSystem has made leap-forward development within only six years from a small potato to a flagship enterprise of medical informatization system listed on mainboard. It was a small team of several dozen employees when it started and now boasts nearly 700 people, and its floor space has increased from the rented 1,600 sqm to its own 38,000 sqm.

SISPARK has been providing the best of services throughout the company's fast growth.

Zhu Chaoqun and Xiao Nan, who were then assistants to manager of the Investment Promotion Department of SISPARK, traveled to Beijing to visit MedicalSystem in Zhongguancun in February 2009. 

Wang Jianhua, co-founder and deputy managing director of MedicalSystem, turned emotional when he recalled the visit. "Before that we had worked on our startup project in Beijing for five years, and most of the time we had to find out about the policies by ourselves. But SISPARK, as a carrier, came to us to explain their policies, and told us how we would grow better in Suzhou with the government's support. It was truly an unprecedented experience for us," Wang said.  

After a field visit to Suzhou, MedicalSystem moved into SISPARK after the Spring Festival in early 2010. One year later, it moved its headquarters to Suzhou. The company's headquarters building standing by Dongsha Lake was officially put into use in Oct, 2016.

During the period, SISPARK helped and supported MedicalSystem in every possible way, such as preferential policies, office hardware, talent recruitment, debt financing, shareholding system reform, project declaration, headquarters building construction, etc.

MedicalSystem has submitted many project applications with the assistance of SISPARK's enterprise service department over the years, and has won such honors as "SIP Leading Talent Outstanding Enterprise Award", "Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Development Prize--Public Company Incubation Program", etc.

When asked how he felt about the six years in SISPARK, Wang Jianhua summarized it this way, "(SISPARK is) pro-business, people-oriented, highly efficient, always with enterprise in heart."
