Suzhou Nanotechnology Development Co., Ltd. (SNDCL) attended the 5th Russia Nano Industry Summit on invitation recently. As the first keynote speaker, Zhang Feng, vice president of the company, made an introduction of SIP's nano industry and Nanopolis Suzhou, which received a good response from Russian small and medium-sized enterprises (SOE).

During the exchanges, many Russian enterprises hoped SNDCL could act as a matchmaker and build a technological and industrial connection between Chinese and Russian enterprises.

At the roundtable meeting, Zhang Feng and a dozen Russian nano industry experts discussed the progress of Russia's international cooperation. He suggested that Russia set up an international center in Nanopolis Suzhou based on the mature mode of China-Finland, China-Netherlands, China-Czech, China-Iran and China-Canada international centers through RUSNANO and other organizations so as to find out more about SIP's nano industry and promote the exchange between Russian and Chinese companies. Moreover, Zhang invited his Russian counterparts to meet again at CHInano 2017 in China.

Sponsored by RUSNANO, this annual summit has become a major exchange platform for Russia's SOEs in nano industry since it was initiated in 2012. Focusing on the innovative development of nano indsutry, this year's event not only brought together local incubators and SOEs, but also welcomed the representatives from China, Belgium, Hungary, etc.
