SIPMSB teams up with SU in ensuring food safety

SIP Market Supervision Bureau (SIPMSB) and Soochow University (SU) signed an agreement at SU School of Public Health on Jan 9 to jointly set up the SIP Combined Testing Center SU Station in the university for the purpose of better ensuring local food safety.

Under the agreement, the two parties will share the 22 rapid food testing devices worth more than RMB 800,000, and SU's teachers and students will have chances to join the food quality monitoring and evaluation programs at the station as part of the students' internship.
