SIP's Haide Community has exemplified a host of good practices in offering the residents opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills through various events.

For example, for the children, there is a monthly parent-child reading program, which encourages moms to read together with the children. Additionally, there are regular classes on various disciplines to broaden the children's horizons as well as short-term events such as basketball camp and Rubik's cube training to help them discover their potentials and develop new interests.

For the adults, the community has launched a series of programs to help them enrich their life and seek further self-development. One example is the English class started early last year, which offers the residents good opportunities to learn English from foreign teachers.

All the above programs have received positive response from the residents. This stimulates the community to further integrate its education resources to offer more programs of similar kind.
