Suzhou Industrial Park Education Bureau and SIP Police Department issued letters of appointment to 9 police officers from police stations of Loufeng, Yong'anqiao and Shengpu on March 14, marking the official setup of the 3-tier management mechanism of law enforcement and comprehensive rectification in the field of education, which takes the form of "joint meeting, regional law-enforcement school master, and school law-enforcement vice-principal".

Early this year, SIP Education Bureau, SIP Political Affairs and Judicial Committee, and SIP Police Department established the joint meeting of comprehensive law enforcement administration, according to which each police precinct would elect one deputy chief or deputy instructor to act as the law-enforcement principal of the schools and kindergartens within the area by taking charge of the assessment and guidance for the school and kindergarten heads responsible for law enforcement work. The new mechanism is a perfection of the previous pattern of work in law enforcement by two-way coordination of school and police department and among schools.
