China-Japan Seminar on Autistic Children's Education Held at Ren'ai School

At the China-Japan Seminar on Teaching Autistic Children on September 28 at Suzhou Industrial Park Ren'ai School, the teachers from special schools in the country and from University of Tsukuba Kurihama Special Needs Education School for Children with Autism exchanged teaching experience and discussed relevant topics of common concerns. Ren'ai and Kurihama also signed a cooperation agreement and became sister schools.

The two-day seminar also scheduled lectures and open classes. The teachers from University of Tsukuba Kurihama Special Needs Education School for Children with Autism played the video of their demo class and introduced PEP-3, an assessment tool, to Chinese peers. Ren'ai School presented its 3D somatosensory rehab and adaptation program and invited the participants to sit at the classes of music therapy, speech correction, and sports rehab.
