SIP officials meet to boost projects concerning people’s livelihood

SIP Administrative Committee director Ding Lixin presided over a work conference on Dec 5 when the officials from SIP Social Affairs Bureau and Education Bureau made reports on a list of completed or ongoing projects designed to make high-quality medical and educational services easily and widely available across SIP. 
 
The projects include several new hospitals and new community-based health service centers, and a number of schools for students of different ages. The officials from the bureaus gave the other participants a detailed account of the projects’ progress and significance, and discussed with them strategies for further improvement in related fields. 
 
Ding gave high comments on the bureaus’ efforts and achievements in the projects, saying that SIP Administrative Committee will enhance policy and financial support for projects of similar kind in the future to continuously improve local people’s livelihood.
