Two preparatory meetings for SIP federation of overseas Chinese entrepreneurs were respectively held at BioBay and Suzhou Dushu Lake Science & Education Innovation District on March 29 and 30 to discuss the regulations (draft) of the federation and the specific preparatory work.

Since SIP Overseas Chinese Affairs Office initiated to establish SIP federation of overseas Chinese entrepreneurs and started relevant survey at the end of 2016, such businesses invested by overseas Chinese as BrightGene Bio-medical Technology, Genepharma, Nano-Micro and Kowloon Hospital have actively responded to the call and made active efforts in preparations.

SIP's rapid development over the years has attracted lots of overseas Chinese to invest and start up new businesses in SIP. Statistics show that there are more than 600 businesses with overseas Chinese investment in SIP at present, and they have made great contributions to SIP's economic development and improvement of people's life.
