In order to further standardize labor practice in small and micro businesses (SMB) and improve the administrators' ability in labor management and labor security, SIP Labor Supervision Group (SIPLSG) recently held two training sessions on labor security laws and regulations at Suzhou INCITY. The owners of over 170 INCITY-based SMBs attended the training.  

SIPLSG staff trained the attendees in such respects as contract signing, remuneration, day-off and vacation system, working hour regulation and social insurance, etc.

The training gave the SMB administrators a basic understanding of the knowledge and practice of labor security laws and regulations, and played a positive role in regularizing labor and employment behavior and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and employees.
