Jointly sponsored by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and Suzhou Fintech Association, the 5th China Fintech Industry Summit cum 4th Sino-Singapore (Suzhou) Digital Finance Expo opened in SIP on Nov 17.
The annual China Fintech Industry Summit cum Sino-Singapore (Suzhou) Digital Finance Expo has grown into a major platform for showing the best solutions for technology-based upgrading of financial services and seeking exchanges and cooperation in the field of digital finance.
The event included exhibitions of the latest outcomes in the fintech sector, theme forums, information sessions, project promotion and roundtables, and a fintech projects competition. It brought together many big names from related fields, who shared their views on fintech and future development of finance.
The about 12,000-square-meter exhibition gathered exhibits from nearly 120 financial institutions and enterprises including China Construction Bank, China Unicom and China Telecom.
The CAICT released several reports on last year’s research findings.
Apart from that, several banks carried out a series of promotional activities to encourage use of digital RMB.
