SIP has been improving its services for businesses relying on advanced information technology.
SIP Economic Brain, a website for businesses and talents to apply for project initiation, learn about local policies and seek networking opportunities, venues, investors and administrative services, can offer the users real-time information for epidemic prevention and business operations.
SIP authorities launched a new service on the one-stop online administrative service platform SIP Service Online in March to issue a temporary pass for external cargo transportation vehicles serving local enterprises during the traffic restrictions caused by COVID-19.
Moreover, the Anti-Epidemic Cargo Transfer Station was set up to disinfect cargos for small and medium-sized enterprises without their own disinfection site. The station, with a land area of about 18,000 square meters, can admit 22 trucks at a time.
On the other hand, SIP has established special task groups to make coordination for logistics-related issues, and SIP Customs has enhanced cooperation with customs offices in other cities to help SIP enterprises resolve their problems.
