The “Nanotech Route” recruitment tours lasted for five days, and ended in Changchun, capital of Northeast China’s Jilin province, on Sept 27. The recruiters of 57 SIP-based enterprises returned with satisfactory results.
In the process, the officials and enterprise representatives from SIP gave the schools’ students specific introductions to SIP’s work and living environment, talent policies and opportunities for young people, and the job fairs attracted many graduating students.
The participating enterprises are satisfied with the results.
“We found the talents we just need. The recruitment tours are very helpful, especially under the coronavirus epidemic,” said an executive from Gusu Lab, an SIP-based laboratory dedicated to driving development and innovation of material science.
