The two-day event was the 11th edition of the DeviceChina, which is held in SIP on a yearly basis for the purpose of facilitating exchanges and cooperation in the medical device sector.
Themed “Following Industrial Trend to Drive Innovation of Chinese Medical Devices”, the event focused on a number of hot issues concerning technology, investment, clinical studies, policies and laws related to development of Chinese medical devices.
In addition to the main forum, the event also included over 10 sub-forums focusing on in vitro diagnostics, implantable medical devices, surgical robots, biomedical materials and other fields. The participants, including government officials, investors and industrial professionals, brainstormed ideas for development and innovation of Chinese medical devices.
