The SIP Talents Recruitment Program has toured to over 20 cities over the past 18 years, and has been continuously upgraded to help attract high-caliber talents to SIP.

 

On the one hand, the recruitment routes under the programs have been increased to cover more schools, while on- and off-line advertising for the program has been enhanced to provide immediate information about the recruitment tours to enterprises, schools and job hunters.

On the other hand, the event organizer has strengthened interactions with partner schools to keep abreast of their latest talent supplies, and has been striving to provide as many opportunities as possible during the recruitment tours for enterprises and schools to establish partnerships in talent cultivation and recruitment. So far, over 40 top Chinese higher education institutions like Tsinghua University, Peking University and Renmin University of China have joined related cooperation.
