iSINGļ¼singers enjoy delicious Suzhou food

Chinese and foreign singers who came to Suzhou for the 2017 iSING! Suzhou International Young Artists Festival visited ancient Xietang Street and tasted Suzhou food during their lunch break on Aug 4. They were deeply impressed by the beautiful sceneries and delicate food.

Eric Carey, a New York tenor who participates in iSING! Suzhou for the first time, enjoys cooking very much and had tried to make Beijing Roast Duck before coming to Suzhou. "Suzhou has many delicate dishes that feature impressive shapes and taste, such as the Fried Mandarin Fish with Sour and Sweet Sauce. However, I cannot cook it. It is too hard," said Eric.
