The 3rd SIP Environmental Protection Summer Camp, sponsored by SIP Land Resources and Environmental Protection Bureau and organized by SIP Ailian-Tongzhou Environmental Protection Volunteers Association, started on July 15 in an effort to raise public awareness of environmental protection and motivation for a low-carbon life. More than 140 children participated.

The camp lasted for two days. The first-day schedule included a lecture on environmental protection, operation of related testing devices, and visits to the Future Energy Museum and the 3D Printing Base. The second-day activities included visits to water sources and water treatment plants, fun games as well as a series of experience activities, covering energy-saving products, environmental protection robots and VR technologies.

It showcased the application of advanced technologies in environmental protection and enhanced the children's knowledge in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
