The 2020 (3rd) Suzhou Summit on Office Buildings was held in SIP on Jan 8. About 300 people including office building developers, operators and users and related experts and scholars from Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing and a number of other cities shared a nugget of information about office building operation and discussed strategies of maximizing economic benefits from office buildings. 

 

The event included a specific introduction to commercial buildings in SIP’s Jinji Lake CBD. Besides, SWT, an SIP-based real estate agency, released a report on the development of Suzhou’s office building market in 2019, and signed an agreement with Chinese telecom behemoth China Mobile to launch cooperation in propelling application of 5G technologies in buildings.
